**Your contribution**:
**Business Integration & OSS/BSS Management**:

- You will lead the integration of OSS/BSS systems across platforms such as Smart Locks, Smart Sites, and Operations Platform.
- You will drive process improvements and automation initiatives using AI/ML, chatbots, and RPA.
- You will define and maintain the OSS/BSS product backlog, roadmap, and user stories.
- You will ensure technical readiness and support business adoption through change management.

**New Demand Management**:

- You will assess feasibility of new customer/product/service demands.
- You will design operating models and update process frameworks.
- You will oversee implementation phases and ensure alignment with business goals.

**Collaboration & Product Management**:

- You will engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and clarify requirements.
- You will support sprint planning, product demos, and release management.
- You will conduct market research and drive continuous product improvement.

**Monitoring & Reporting**:

- You will track product performance and analyze key metrics.
- You will produce reports and maintain detailed product documentation.
- You will ensure product quality and proactively manage risks.

**What makes you stand out**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in telecommunications, IT operations, or business integration.
- Proven track record in OSS/BSS systems, operational processes, and digital transformation.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Apache Superset).
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

**You Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (C1 level according to CEFR); Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
