As an HR Trainee for Hiring & Onboarding, you will support your team on various activities aiming at the constant optimization and harmonization of Infineon’s Hiring & Onboarding services. With a global scope and a focus on innovation and digitalization topics, you will interact with several stakeholders and counterparts across the organization.

In your new role, you will:

- Support **projects within the scope of Hiring & Onboarding **processes;
- Support with the **maintenance of global process documentation **;
- Take part in **process harmonization activities globally **;
- **Communicate with HR partners worldwide **.

You have a structured working style, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. With a proactive personality, you show good problem solving skills and enjoy getting out of your comfort zone.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

- A degree in **HR **, **Management **, **Business Administration, **Data Science **or similar fields;
- A **data analytical **and **process driven mindset **;
- Proficiency using **Excel **(mandatory), experience with Tableau is a plus;
- **Affinity towards HR tools **;
- Previous experience in the **HR area or HR projects **, as a plus;
- **Fluency in English **.
