**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Dashboard and Visualization Development: Design and build clear, insightful dashboards using tools like Plotly Dash, or other libraries, with a focus on usability and high data visibility for data quality and trend monitoring.- Algorithm Development: Develop and implement PySpark algorithms to preprocess and analyze flight data, focusing on time-series data insights and quality monitoring.- Data Quality Feedback and Monitoring: Build dashboards to identify and monitor data quality metrics, enabling quick diagnosis and resolution of data integrity issues.- Collaboration with Data Engineers: Work closely with data engineers to integrate visualizations with the backend infrastructure, ensuring alignment with data workflows.- Iterative Improvement: Continuously enhance dashboards and visualization tools based on user feedback and engineering needs, adapting to evolving requirements.- Performance Optimization: Design visualizations to handle large time-series datasets efficiently, implementing downsampling, asynchronous loading, or aggregation techniques to optimize performance.- Documentation and Training: Document dashboard functionality and best practices, and train users on data visualization standards to maximize the tool’s impact.

**Required Technical & Professional Expertise**:
- Data Visualization Tools: Expertise in creating dynamic dashboards using Plotly Dash, or similar visualization libraries.- Analytical and PySpark Skills: Ability to develop and implement PySpark algorithms for data analysis, focusing on time-series data and anomaly detection.- User-Centered Design: Strong focus on designing user-friendly, actionable dashboards tailored to engineering and support teams.- API and Data Integration: Familiarity with pulling and integrating data via API to support seamless visualization.- Aviation or Flight Data Monitoring Experience (Nice to have): Background in aviation data and Flight Data Monitoring is advantageous.- English C1 or C2
