We are looking for a Rhino that will(facultativo caso tenhamos info sobre responsabilidades)
- Collaborate with users to understand and anticipate needs and translate them into product requirements;
- Work with the product team to create product vision, strategy and user stories;
- Create, manage and own the product roadmap based on this vision;
- Master agile development, by developing scope, defining backlog items and sprint/release deliverables;
- Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments;
- Be the ambassador for the product internally and externally and act as the primary contact for queries related to the product;
- Work closely with senior management and business units in order to create a product that fits the company vision.
The perfect Rhino will have
- At least 2 years of professional experience as Head of Product / CPO (mandatory);
- Agile training - as Product Owner or Scrum Master;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
And will be skilled in
- Manage an entire product and advocate its vision and roadmap;
- Understand high-level concepts and drill down into details to create clear requirements;
- Identify priorities that lead to better value with less effort;
- Interact with a variety of audiences - from technical teams to senior management and clients;
- Risk analysis;
- Digital market networks or online marketplaces (plus).
