**Applications Administrator **to join our team in Portugal.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 700 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking an **Applications Administrator** to support our growing global team.
As **Applications Administrator **at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- A leader as part of an IT Applications team supporting various corporate and commercial systems Participate in the maintenance and testing of business continuity plans- Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders-
- Support select cloud based platform services-
- Support Application releases during scheduled maintenance windows- Provide off hours support and on call duties as needed
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Batch scripting - Linux (bash), Windows (Powershell)-
- Experience with messaging systems like IBM MQ and B2B messaging solutions / Enterprise Application Integration like Axway including customer facing interaction/troubleshooting.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Understanding of and adherence to Kanban for workflow tracking and delivery- Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure cloud infrastructure hosting
- Experience in a SaaS or Internet based enterprise environment
