A Noesis procura profissionais com o seguinte perfil:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsável pela implementação e monitoramento da qualidade e metodologia de um serviço de QA;
- Responsável pela análise de performance nas diversas squads/equipas de testes, manuais e automáticos, funcionais e não funcionais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e construção de planos/propostas de otimização;
- Responsável por garantir o planeamento, execução e transição sustentada de iniciativas de melhoria contínua nas equipas de testes, manuais e automáticos, funcionais e não funcionais;
- Participação na análise, definição e elaboração de documentos de testes e procedimentos a serem utilizados durante o serviço de Quality Assurance;
- Responsável pela definição, análise e disponibilização de relatórios com indicadores de iniciativas em curso;
- Gestão da Performance da Automação, garantindo utilização da Framework definida, aplicação dos critérios de automação, priorizações de junto as Equipas de Negócio, frequências de execuções, etc.;
- Atuação como ponto de contato com as Áreas de Negócio para gestão de necessidades de automação, clarificação do processo e Framework de Automação, priorização do Backlog, desbloqueio de impedimentos e partilha de status e reports;
- Identificação de desvios nos KPI's e SLA's e promoção de ações de mitigação;
- Realização de Auditorias e orquestração das Atividades de Melhoria Contínua.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência com Quality Assurance, Testes Manuais e Automáticos, utilizando metodologia Agile (mais de 2 anos de experiência nesta vertente, utilizando modelo Agile Scrum ou Kanban);
- Formação em Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou área relacionada;
- Habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e interagir com diferentes stakeholders;
Experiência Desejável:

- Testes Mobile.
- Experiência com testes de API;
- Azure DevOps e Jira+Xray;
- Construção de Relatórios;
- Análise de Dados;
- Power BI.
