The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of HR people initiatives, such as Employee Experience, Learning and Development, Talent and Rewards and Benefits.

HR BP will be a key partner with practice managers and employees in complex and dynamic environment.

**Ø Daily tasks**

HR Business Partner will participate in the following processes:

- Performance Development;
- Employee Engagement Initiatives;
- Career Development;
- Rewards and Benefits;
- Business Leaders Support;
- Employee Support;
- Other HR Processes, such administrative tasks.

**Qualifications** Ø What You May Look Like**
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR BP in a multicultural environment;
- People-oriented;
- Very good communication skills;
- Excel Proficiency;
- Great team spirit;
- English Proficiency (written and spoken).

**We do not sponsor work visa.**

For those who don’t have **Portuguese documents** (NIF and NISS), we suggest you to search for more information at local country Social Security entities, as well as on SEF(Serviços Estrangeiros e Fronteiras), for possible roles in Merkle Portugal.
