Asset Management and General Ledger Accountant

As an Asset Management and General Ledger Accountant, you will support the Americas region by taking over various transactional activities. You will become a key partner to the business, facilitating effective decision-making through accurate information.

In your new role you will:

- Participate in the **month-end closing procedures **of group consolidated entities;
- Manage **fixed assets master data **and other asset-related transactions;
- Handle daily **banking transactions **, **general entries **, calculation and posting of **accruals **, and Balance Sheet **account reconciliation **;
- Understand **accounting policies **and execute **closing procedures **of group consolidated entities;
- Be responsible for **verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency **of the received accounting data;
- Act as an **interface with local accounting, financial controllers **, and other business partners;
- Ensure **accurate and timely data reporting **to Central Departments for legal consolidation.

Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills that allow you to cooperate successfully and establish sustainable relationships with people across all levels of the organization.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Accounting, Economics, Finance, **or an equivalent field;
- **Experience in Accounting **, preferably in an international/Shared Service environment;
- Good command of **SAP and MS Office tools **, especially Excel and Outlook;
- Fluency in written and spoken **English **.
