**Function: Office365 Community Manager**
**Workplace**: Lisbon

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Look after all evolution of functional aspect of O365 and ease the adoption of these news features (LIT, Adoption leader, Project manager, );
- Participate in the study phase, the deployment of O365 new features of the Teams community;
- Ensure O365 services (Teams, Onedrive, Outlook, ) and subcategories: OneNote Online, Share Point Online, Forms,
- Incident management (production or user);
- Request management (linked to user’s need on the infrastructure);
- Take the leadership of the Teams Community (Community Manager);
- Workshop animation;
- Involve the ITGP solution owner for project management of the activity;
- Create Team’s communities and follow up of the countries;
- Manage Messaging systems changes (Evolutions) to deploy/implement project for all subsidiaries.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Computer Science or other related discipline preferred;
- At least 3 years of experience as Community Manager.
- Experience as leader of the Teams Community;
- Ensure all the new O365 features and assist 0365 Change Management;
- Experience in Workshop animation;
- Experience creating Team’s communities and follow up of the countries;
- Good capability to manage Messaging systems changes (Evolutions) to deploy/implement project;
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to chase and prioritize ticket’s activity from the countries;
- Project management skills (Planning, Deadlines, deliverables, risk analysis, reporting,..);
- Fluency in English (good level of French is a plus).
