Estamos a recrutar **Groups and events Coordinator** (M/F) para o Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Conference Center, em Albufeira.
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Acompanhamento de visitas de inspeção;
- Resposta aos pedidos que lhe são formulados fornecendo informações precisas e objetivas e as cotações adequadas;
- Assegurar previamente contatos por telefone;
- Elaboração de contratos e faturas proforma dos eventos;
- Controlo do depósito dos grupos;
- Gestão e controlo dos deadlines dos pedidos efetuados;
- Efetuar o follow-up dos pedidos com vista a obter as necessárias confirmações;
- Assegurar uma comunicação escrita com o cliente de forma a garantir a prestação de todos os serviços solicitados e respetivos preços e condições de pagamento;
- Assegurar uma comunicação eficaz e atempada, por escrito, com todas as secções do Hotel envolvidas nos serviços de forma a possibilitar uma adequada preparação dos mesmos;
- Acompanhar todos os aspetos críticos da operação dos Grupos, desde a sua entrada, passando pelas diversas funções até ao pagamento integral da fatura final;
- Assegurar a necessária coordenação entre as diversas secções envolvidas estando autorizado(a) a tomar decisões rápidas para maximizar a satisfação dos clientes;
- Acompanhar toda a operação de F&B relacionada com os serviços de grupos e eventos contratados;
- Ajuda a supervisionar a limpeza e a manutenção do espaço para reuniões e das áreas correspondentes;
**Requisitos**:
- Capacidade de liderança, gerindo equipas e fornecedores externos;
- Gestão da relação com os clientes de perfil elevado e grandes grupos;
- Excelência sólida em logística, organização e execução de eventos de grande dimensão;
- Foco nas vendas e nas receitas e maximizar as oportunidades de receitas;
- Experiência em lidar com alterações de última hora e resolução de problemas sob pressão;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação em português e inglês (outras línguas são uma vantagem);
- Compreensão das expectativas dos clientes internacionais e capacidade de personalizar as experiências.
