**FRENCH Customer Service Support**

**The company**:
Welcome to the latest on-demand streaming service: 500 movies, 7500 TV episodes and original content produced by the world’s most powerful brand. Launched on November in United States, the platform will be expanded to European countries this month, so we are in search of a French Customer Advisor to deliver quality service to subscribers. Join the International Lisbon team and help the growing audience to #stayathome with some fun and joy.

**The role**:

- You are proficient in French and fluent in English
- You are happy to stay at least 12 months in sunny Lisbon
- You have availability to work 40 hours a week (possibly weekend)

**This is what you will do**:

- Answer standard questions about account management, invoices, content and navigation via phone and chat
- Support customers with software functionality, system configurations and network settings
- Solve complaints and concerns
- Professional management of customer data
