Our IT Division (Group Information Systems) is looking for a **CyberSecurity Administrator Trainee **to be based in Santa Maria da Feira,

**The main missions of the role are to**:

- Provide assistance / expertise to Level 1 (Helpdesk & Monitoring teams and local IT at the sites)
- Monitoring & troubleshooting of security platforms and debugging of any issue
- Documenting procedures and processes related to operation of CyberSecurity solutions
- Assist with the management of the entire landscape of the cybersecurity focusing on some of the following domains:

- Proxies, Firewalls, Internet Access Control, VPN & remote access technologies, PKI infrastructure, DLP, Encryption, AV & EDR infrastructure, MDM, E-Mail, PGP, etc.
- Assessment, preparation and request for implementation of security infrastructure changes;
- Updating all relevant documentation related to the protection of the Information Systems (inventories, classifications, etc.)
- Suggesting changes aiming at optimizing the operation of CyberSecurity solution
- Good communication skills
- Proactivity and problem solvin skills
- A good level of autonomimy and solutioning skills
- Good collaboration skills
