**Sales Team Leader - Portugal**

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Manage a team of 10-12 sales agents (currently);
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Establish strong relationships with new salon partners;
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads;
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy;
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing deals;
- Monitor and report sales performance, establishing individually and team objectives and motivate the sales team to achieve them;
- Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Collaborate with other departments, in particular marketing and aftersales, to ensure a consistent and effective sales approach;
- Responsible for hiring sales people, developing and implementing training programs to improve their performance.

**About you**:

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles (with preference in digital companies and in the portuguese market);
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills;
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies;
- Able to motivate a team to achieve targets;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a constantly changing environment;
- Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales analytical tools;
- Fluent in Portuguese and have a good level of English.
