About the Company:
This is a leading LED and high-end manufacturing company with 25 years of experience. Its products are a smart lighting system that will forever change the way customers experience light. This company is the top choice for architects, engineers and lighting fans.

Your Profile:

- You have excellent communication skills in French, and you are fluent in English (from B2)
- You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
- Document relevant case information.

- Permanent contract (3 months trial period)
