This is a unique opportunity to gain**real-world venture and investment experience, working alongside and being mentored by founders who have built and exited multiple businesses — including companies that went on to list on the NYSE.
The role is designed for students eager to combine their studies with hands-on exposure to venture building, startups, and investments**.** You'll be expected to bring drive, curiosity, and the energy to juggle both academia and practical, high-impact work.

**What We're Looking For**
- Students in their final year of Bachelor's or Master's
- Strong academic track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you're curious, resourceful, and excited to learn in fast-moving environments
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Interest in private equity, venture capital, and entrepreneurship
- Ability to balance academic commitments with part-time (20 hours a week) or full-time work
