**Job Purpose**:
The Sr. DevOps Engineer will leverage their seasoned experience with automation, code promotion, and Continuous Integration/Delivery to optimize TD Synnex's Software Development Lifecycle.

EKM is TD Synnex Group company, based in the UK.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage build and release pipelines at an enterprise scale.
- Lead automation efforts for code promotion, data setup.
- Serving as DevOps Lead in Agile Scrum ceremonies and meetings
- Lead code promotion reviews, document findings, and take action on their learnings.
- Collaborating with teams to design and develop a fully automated release pipeline.
- Mentor, Coach, and Train support teams in specific technologies, processes, and operating models.
- Maintain the related documentation suite in Confluence.
- Assist the support team with critical support issues where your experience is required to find the most appropriate resolution which meets with our customer service level agreements.
- Ensure all actions you take comply with all relevant legislation in force e.g. software licencing, confidentiality, diversity and equality, data protection, consumer credit act etc.
- Keep abreast of the latest data protection and security threats, making sure that EKM mitigate against these risks against known industry standards.
- Attend and actively participating in regular team meetings, ensuring that any actions attributed to you are completed in a timely manner.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
- Some experience of Jenkins, Linux command line, Remote administration of Windows and Linux systems
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
