**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:

- Provide technical support, handling inquiries about the product, hardware, or software issues, troubleshooting, and managing repair requests.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
- Process and record requests, orders, tickets, etc., adhering to time limits.
- Maintain respectful communication following defined procedures and policies.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and actively engage in finding solutions.

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**:

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Positive attitude, customer satisfaction orientation, and proactivity.
- Ability to deliver results independently and adapt in various situations.
- Ambitious and willing to engage with team members.
- Well-organized with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Over 2 years of Customer Support/Technical Support experience.
- Reliable and progressive mindset.
- Nice-to-have: 6 months' experience in a Technical Support role.
**- Fluent speaker in - German.**
- English proficiency at B2 level.
