Sales Representative for German and International

The Smartgrade Group, a prominent player in the electronics trading industry, is currently seeking a Sales Representative to expand its presence in France and Europe by targeting smartphone repair and refurbishment companies.
Upon joining our team, employees will undergo a comprehensive integration and training program to gain a thorough understanding of our products and methodologies. Subsequently, they will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing a client base consisting of professionals specializing in electronic object repairs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a customer portfolio to ensure strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Preparing commercial activity reports, gathering field feedback, and monitoring competitive intelligence.
- Conduct prospecting activities and expand our company's presence by opening new accounts within the designated geographic sector.
- Handle customer orders, including additional sales, new product requests, operational inquiries, and promotions.
**Profile**:
- Having experience in the field will be advantageous.
- Being fluent in English and German.
- Being dynamic, organized, and possessing good interpersonal skills, as well as being autonomous and tenacious.
- Comfortable with cold calling, target driven and experience in managing a sales pipeline through a CRM
- Can explain complex stuff in simple sentences that anyone can understand
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, is necessary.
- Having knowledge of the world of smartphone repair is an added advantage.
- Enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise and a spark.
- Having an open personality and being easy to communicate with.
- Displaying great motivation and a positive attitude.

Remuneration:
- Monthly salary ranging from €900 to €1000 (+ 13 and 14th month, additional holidays, Christmas, and vacation pay) based on your profile and experience.
- Subsidized meal: €7.63 per day.
- Commission on sales is highly attractive and exceeds the industry average: 15% - 20% (based on gross margin).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The commission is appealing and higher than the national average.
