**We're looking for a "Product Specialist" to join our fast-paced beauty Content team [Maia, Porto office]** Do you have a passion for beauty/skincare, a strong scientific background, and a way with words? We're looking for someone who is engaged with what is happening in the cosmetics world and knows how to differentiate a BB Cream from a Tinted Moisturizer. Care to Beauty is recruiting a Product Specialist with excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), and a strong interest in the beauty/skincare industry to join our Content team. You will focus on creating written content for our website such as product descriptions and blog posts, handling cosmetic advice, and to star in videos/lives for our social media. Let´s start with the obvious, to succeed in this role you need a solid background in the pharmaceutical area (a degree or a master's), as well as some experience in handling products and responding to customers’ needs. In short, the makings of an expert in product ingredients, beauty terminology, formulations, and claims. But to be part of the Content team, you also have to be a good performer in writing and speaking English fluently, beauty jargon included. As you may have already noticed, Care to Beauty is an online store that sells cosmetic, health, wellness, and beauty products. We stock products from the best European brands and ship them all over the world. As a Product Specialist, you will be in contact with our fantastic customers and have the chance to produce content for our global audience across Care to Beauty channels. Excited? We hope so **As a Product Specialist in our company you will be responsible for**: - Helping customers through multiple channels by providing them with information about the products, and advice related to their use (pre and post-sales); - Writing content for Care to Beauty´s website and blog; - Writing and improving product descriptions and product pages; - Creating SEO-rich copy, meta tags, titles and page descriptions to enhance search visibility and organic web traffic; - Identifying customers’ needs when asking for advice and recommend solutions; - Starring in engaging video content for social media, and be the main character. **Required Skills and Experience**: - Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar field; - Prior work experience in community pharmacy (at least 3 years); - Passion for and good knowledge of beauty and cosmetics; - Strong written and spoken English communication skills; - Excellent attention to detail, with high standards for quality; - Able to comfortably work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. **Nice to have**: - Copywriting experience; - SEO writing experience. **What do we have to offer?** - Flat hierarchies and work in an experienced and friendly team - Hybrid working model - Free access to Udemy for Business for an unlimited training experience - Company events and activities - Anniversary day off - Employee discounts on company products - Private health insurance (plus dental insurance) - Access to flex benefits platform (Coverflex) - Flexible work policy (vacations, schedules, personal time off, etc.) - Sick paid days - Annual Bonus - Annual profit-Sharing **Tipo de oferta**: Integral/Full-time Salário: 16.240,00€ - 21.760,00€ por ano Horário de trabalho: - De segunda à sexta-feira - Horário flexível
