**Responsibilities**:- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing and payment issues. Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconcile payment history.- Identify areas of opportunity for optimizing results and improving the collections process.- Provide to management regular updates and reporting of collections efforts.- Assist the team with onboarding in customer vendor portals (ARIBA, Coupa, etc). Upload invoices to the same.- Learn to process orders and invoice in NetSuite so as to assist the team in high volume times.

Experience/skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.- Prior experience in collections, credit or AR required (2 to 3 years)- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility and ability to adapt to business needs.- Goal oriented team player- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and YayPay a plus.- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
