- Develop and manage analytics dashboards, Scores Cards and any type of reports for the Human Resources department using a variety of tools: Excel, Power BI, SQL, Success Factors
- Direct and perform logical data modeling for Human Resources: Create KPIs, Create Visualizations, and interpret data;
- Knowledge of HR Processes & HR experience is a plus;
- Identify patterns in data and perform the documentation of the enterprise data warehouse
- Be knowledgeable in Data Governance initiatives to support the Enterprise Data Strategy across operational and analytical database environments
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines (row-level Security)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in HR, Information Systems, other relevant studies, or equivalent experience required
- 5-7 years Power BI experience
- Microsoft SQL experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good understanding of HRIS (Data & Process)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of all HR business processes, including HR laws and data privacy standards (strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently to complete tasks
- Technical skills
- SQL, Excel (VBA), R, Python, DAX, M queries, REST APIs
- Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors is a plus) and Power BI
- Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus
