**Financial Controller Trainee (M/F/d)**

**Your mission will be**

Operational Finance Tasks (initial focus):

- Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and basic financial processing;
- Help ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements;
- Collaborate with different business lines to clarify and solve daily finance-related queries.

Development Toward Controlling (progressive learning track):

- Support monthly reporting activities (cost center reports, accruals, variance analysis);
- Assist in budget preparation and forecast reviews;
- Participate in financial reviews with Business Line controllers;
- Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

**We are looking for someone with**
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- SAP knowledge will be valued;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Professional ethics and problem-solving orientation;
- Proactive mindset and excellent organizational skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse teams;
- Interest in working in an international environment.
