**We are looking for**:

- A collaborator to guide staff and stakeholders through organizational changes, ensuring they are fully informed, engaged, and motivated during transitions, through clear and persuasive communication strategies to support our organization’s change initiatives
- Someone to nurture the engagement of employees across the company and attract new talents, through inspiring stories that reinforce Syensqo’s culture and enhance the brand recognition

**We count on you for**:

- Developing change management plans: implement strategies for global transformation initiatives, focusing on technology, processes, and organizational restructuring, in collaboration with regional and functional leaders
- Communicating and Engaging: create and maintain communication channels and materials (e.g. videos, newsletters, presentations, posters, infographics, leaflets, etc), to effectively communicate global and change initiatives, fostering transparency and a sense of belonging for employees, feeding Syensqo’s culture internally and externally
- Being mindful of cultural sensitivity: ensure communications include change messages that are tailored to address cultural, linguistic, and regional differences, thereby building awareness and support for the initiatives globally

**You will bring**:

- Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Change Communication or equivalent, with a strong design background
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Corporate Communication, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, Employee Experience, Change Communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence and challenge stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and compelling manner
- Strong knowledge in video editing and Adobe Package (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Google Presentation
- Creativity and original thinking, being able to come up with valuable ideas that help drive internal and brand communications, fostering employee engagement
- Strong project management skills
