**The Role**

To thrive in your role, you need to have an academic background in medicine or life sciences, with substantial experience with data analytics, large databases, and complex data sets. You are a fast learner, detail-oriented, have a growth mindset, and can turn data into valuable insights. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can deliver high-quality results within a tough timeline. You are comfortable working remotely in an international environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Own the data flowing from product operations to the Link App
- Assure that data quality and compliance meet our high standards
- Extract data from databases (e.g., Redshift, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL)
- Analyze large data sets and generate insights
- Identify data gaps and quality issues
- Perform root cause analysis with data-backed solutions and support the implementation
- Solve complicated problems by building leading-edge analytics systems
- Create customized reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- University degree in medicine or life sciences, e.g., bioinformatics, clinical informatics, pharmacist
- 3+ years of working experience in the Healthcare/Pharma industry, with MSL working experience
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, subquery factoring)
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (in Excel or Google Sheets)
- Skilled in data reporting and visualization
- Proven track record managing data analytics projects
- Experience with large databases and complex datasets
- Experience creating recurring KPI reports and dashboards for a business unit environment
- Experience in complex organizational structures, reporting to senior management
- Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
- Written and verbal communication skills in English

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of database technologies (Redshift, NoSQL/MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Proficient in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset)
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
- Ability to create and maintain automated reporting systems
