**Location: Hybrid working, home & BCA Coimbra (monthly visits)**

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours**

**The Opportunity**:
A junior role working within the Group InfoSec Team in Constellation Automotive Group (CAG) as a Project Administrator, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project administration and data analysis.

**About The Role**:
We are looking for a **Junior Project Administrator** to support project teams with reporting, communication, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also help maintain project records and documents. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in project administration and learn new skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Reporting & KPIs**:

- Help prepare and share reports about project progress with managers, customers, and teams.
- Define, track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Assist in creating presentations and summaries about project progress and trends.
- **Project Coordination & Documentation**:

- Keep project schedules, documents, and records organised and up to date.
- Maintain project artefacts, ensuring tasks are clearly listed and prioritised.
- Support teams in tracking project progress and flagging any issues.
- **Risk & Issue Management**:

- Help track project risks and plans to manage them.
- Update risk records and follow up on necessary actions.
- Assist project managers in identifying and recording possible risks.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes.
- Provide basic support for budgeting and resource tracking if needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Relevant qualification or some experience in administration, reporting, or data entry is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a willingness to learn project management tools.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

- Interest in project management, risk management, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Jira) is useful but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
