Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa de E-commerce

A hôma continua a crescer potenciando uma Happy Home Living para todos Somos apaixonados pelo que fazemos e ambicionamos sempre mais e melhor Procuramos um E-commerce Assistant para nos ajudar nesta missão, que reportará ao E-commerce Manager.

O teu dia-a-dia:

- Seguimento do processo logístico e suporte às lojas e operações online;
- Relacionamento com as transportadoras e resolução de problemas inerentes;
- Apoiar o Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente na resolução de dúvidas e reclamações dos clientes online;
- Acompanhar o fluxo das encomendas online (ciclo de compra do cliente);
- Acompanhar a análise de stocks e campanhas.

O que vamos valorizar em ti?
- Habilitações académicas mínimas ao nível do 12º ano;
- Conhecimentos básicos de ferramentas Office;
- Agilidade na utilização de sistemas informáticos distintos;
- Bom nível de inglês, falado e escrito, sendo o Francês um plus (valorizado).
