We are looking to hire qualified HSE Manager for new built construction project.

**You main duties will include**:
You will be primarily in charge of and overseeing the company’s health and safety programs on site - newbuilt datacentre;
Actively promote safe behaviour and address unsafe behaviour of employees;
**Administrator of the HSE part of the site**: develop, control, communicate about and continuously improve HSE procedures;
Advise on HSE related aspects in capital projects;
Follow all applicable rules and procedures regarding.

**Requirements**:
WANTED is looking for lifting HSE Manager who is flexible, a team player, able to perform well under high pressure, takes initiative and has a high sense of safety awareness.

**Additional requirements**:
5+ years of experience on new build projects as HSE manager - ideally data centres,
Availability for a prompt start,
Driving Licence,
Any qualifications/tickets would be an advantage i.e. VCA/CSCS/SCC, IPAF, Slinger, etc.
Fluent in English (written and spoken),
Only EU passport,
Flexibility when in comes to tasks, working hours and work location,
Able to perform well in a high pressure environment, takes initiative.
