- As a Junior Quality Assurance Financial Engineer, you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic company, committed to delivering value added services in the investment product space.
- You will be part of the Projects department, working very closely with the IT development and business analysis teams as well as our quality assurance experts
- Thanks to a rapidly changing and growing organization, frequent communication with end-users and internal training on the investment products you will validate pricing use cases and other automated tests on our highly specialized Test Automation Framework (TAF) our gateway for IT software releases

What you'll do
- Prepare new test plans
- Expand existing test plans
- Be the central point of coordination for the release signoff process working with different Leonteq teams including development, release management, structuring and test automation teams

What you'll need

We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn, hardworking and independent individual to join our growing QA/Financial Engineering team in Lisbon.
No specific prior working experience is required.
The following skills are relevant and required:

- Strong Mathematics/Physics or Engineering background (MSc)
- Desire to learn about Financial markets and Quality Assurance.
- IT affinity
- Very good knowledge of data crunching in Excel
- Very good command of the English language

Nice to have
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Knowledge of Financial instruments pricing
- Prior IT software intensive experience (coding, database querying)
- Any relevant testing, IT or financial certification
