**Start** **ASAP** **Duration** **> 12 months** **Introduction & Summary** **Main Responsibilities** The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive user growth and engagement. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute user acquisition strategies through digital marketing channels.- Optimize app store presence to maximize downloads.- Design and implement user lifecycle strategies to enhance engagement and reduce churn.- Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities.- Establish KPIs and track growth metrics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business objectives. **Key Requirements**- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in growth or product marketing within a digital/mobile app environment.- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.- Experience with app store optimization (ASO) and mobile growth tactics.- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI).- Strong understanding of user retention and engagement strategies.- Ability to conduct A/B testing and interpret results effectively.- Excellent communication skills. **Nice to Have**- Experience with subscription-based or freemium monetization models.- Passion for card games (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh).
