**We are hiring a** Senior Business Analyst HR**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- We are looking for a **Senior Solution Analyst HR**to join our **TechHub**
- You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that support HAVI’s strategic goals.
- You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, integrated, and user-centric HR systems. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring seamless integration with the central HCM system (SAP SuccessFactors).

**THE SKILLS**

**To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution analysis or business analysis, with at least 2 years in HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Experience in system integration, project management, and working in multicultural, virtual teams.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or related IT position.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and technical skill.
- English fluency.
