Recruiter (In-house) - French

Position: Recruiter (in-house)
Location: Lisbon or Braga, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary & bonus.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Establish a relationship with Hiring Managers to validate information’s
- Prepare the necessary documentation and onboard the new employees
- Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Academic or Professional degree in HR/related field will be considered as an advantage
- At least 2 years proven work experience in recruitment
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow up)
- Familiar with ATSs and resume database
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to perform independently and as a part of the team
- Well organized and detailed.
