**JOB SUMMARY**

**Position**:Part-Time Front of House

**Location**:Lisboa, Campo de Ourique

**Job Offer: 20 hours / week**

**⁠ ⁠Monday**: 17h15 to 21h45

**⁠ ⁠Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday**:7h00 to 10h15 and 11h45 to 14h15

**As Front of House you are always on your feet and need to love fast paced environment **Your main job is to make sure our riders have a great experience from start to finish and work in harmony with all staff members to ensure a smooth operation of our class shifts.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You take pride in providing great hospitality to each rider, ensuring a memorable experience from check-in process to conducting tour in studio
- Your assist in preparing the class, setting-up riders in the cycling studio and ensure classes start on time
- You have a deep understanding of all of our services, conduct sales and process payment transactions
- You collaborate effectively with all staff members and uphold the unique aesthetic, appearance and atmosphere of studiorise
- You play a crucial role in assisting our cleaning team in maintaining our facilities cleanliness and handle light cleaning duties such as studio preparation, cleaning shoes or towels management

- You are proactive and solution-oriented to ensures smooth operations, no matter what surprises come our way
- Your personality is warm and welcoming, and your smile, energy, and positive aura truly stand out
- You demonstrate great skills in conducting sales
- You are a quick learner about our brand, products, and clients, with adaptability in busy shifts.
- Like, you believe that no job is too small, you are willing to support your team within all aspects until the job is done
- You are physically able to perform light cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 10 kg between 2 floors, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.

**WHAT DO WE OFFER ?**
- Part-time job : 20 hours / week (4 days)
- Permanent contract with salary + lunch indemnity + bonus
- Free unlimited classes at studiorise
