**We are looking for**:
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Planning Lead with proven experience in implementing and using Kinaxis (or similar) Advanced Planning and Scheduling Solutions and a history of success in Change Management and Project Management programs across multiple businesses and functions.

**We count on you for**:

- Organizing and leading multi-business cross functional supply chain projects
- Working with Leadership to understand and document clear objectives and economic case
- Creating Project Charter, Project Plan and Key Milestones aligned company objectives
- Organizing functional team members and leading meeting cadence (steering committee and project team meetings) that support objectives and timeline
- Measuring results against economic case

**You can count on us for**:
**You will bring**:

- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Advanced Planning is required
- Project Management Experience (Lean Project Management, PMP trained preferred)
- Change management experience (CCMP preferred)
- Structured in Data governance and management
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate well within across all levels of the organization and across different cultures
- Ability and willingness to work with and across multiple business processes impacted by and involved in key supply chain processes
- Self starter
- Proven ability to influence and motivate others
