On behalf of our client, a leading IPP in the Solar PV industry, LSP Renewables are recruiting for an Asset Management Specialist to be based in Toulouse, France, or Porto, Portugal.

Our client develops, finances, builds and operates commercial and utility-scale solar PV projects across Europe, MENA, and APAC, and have successfully delivered over 2,000 solar photovoltaic infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Operations and maintenance manager, the Asset Management Specialist will ensure the production and performance of the PV plants. They will ensure optimal day-to-day monitoring of the PV installations in operation.

The Asset Management Specialist will collect and analyse the data required for the various performance indicators to report on the assets’ operation. They will monitor the portfolio on daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily monitoring of the production and performance of the plants
- Optimise the performance and operation of the plants
- Benchmark actual performance indicators against contractual and expected values
- Ensure the monthly technical reporting of the assets to the shareholders
- Monitoring and archiving of technical documentation
- Ensure periodic visits to the sites to carry out specific diagnostics
- Act as the interface between the various technical contacts (maintenance, suppliers, network manager, etc.)
- Manage and supervise the PPS and HSE instructions
- Ensure the proper functioning of projects under management, management of technical KPIs
- Ensure the correct sizing of the technical budgets (OPEX) of the SPVs under management
- Ensure contractual compliance of internal/external stakeholders of the managed SPVs
- Participate in the drafting of operational processes
- Be the administrative and financial support to the team in charge of the files

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Experience in a similar position in maintenance/operations/asset management in renewable energy (solar preferred)
- Strong organisational skills to manage several projects at the same time
- Analytical mindset, particularly in the analysis of under performance
- The ability to propose solutions to problems identified in the power plants and to provide solutions to be implemented
