Our client have three decades of experience in intensive research on areas as Biopharma and Food & Nutraceuticals. They provide biotech and life sciences solutions and work in a broad range of fields. Because of their growth they are looking for an **Engineering & Utilities Technician**,** **that is going to work in a company with ambitious scientists.

**If you have**:
- Degree or master’s degree in mechanical or Electrical Engineering;-
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering;-
- Interest in work as a team member and in enhance processes;-
- Good communication, organization and analysis skills, team spirit and interest in results;-
- Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.**Your responsibilities are going to be**:
- Centralized technical management systems control;-
- Support renovating projects and the new spaces occupation;-
- Coordinate the operation of all maintenance and service transfer processes, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans according with all areas involved, both internal and external;-
- Develop and review the needed procedures;-
- Ensure the best functionality of infrastructure and equipment;-
- Support compliance with applicable legal requirement;-
- Participate and contribute to continuous improvement processes by implementing new methodologies;-
