Island Build and Renovate Inc. is a fast-growing construction company specializing in high-quality renovations and new builds. We are looking for hardworking, skilled, and reliable **General Construction Workers** to join our team in Madeira.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general construction tasks, including framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and roofing
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations
- Work with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time
- Load and unload materials and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
