Purpose of Role The Head of Marketing Operations is accountable for all activities within the Marketing Operations function and providing leadership to the Marketing Operations function within HBK. The Post holder will own the origination, production and publishing of all content, creatives, graphics, video and owner of all assets required to support the communications needs of HBK. You will be proactive in bringing innovative and new formats, using visuals and multimedia to bring our story to life. You will have accountability for overseeing our DAM system, and a key played in the definition of our brand visual identity. You will ensure the team set challenging, yet achievable targets for all activity and keep our tech stack optimised in term of connected systems, costs control and relevancy. You will possess a natural ability to challenge, optimise and drive lean processes, thinking and maintain optimal sprint length and capacity. This position can be based in either Portugal, Spain or the U.K. with a mix of home office and office-based environment. The Head of Marketing Operations will work closely with the entire global marketing team to deliver marketing leading performance for our customers. You will also work with and across function departments including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Care, and Finance. Main Responsibilities: - Accountable for managing the website, content creation, the Creative Hub and for Overseeing the production of creative media deliverables- - Set, challenge and monitor overall marketing campaign performance, targeting >150% ROMI- Highly skilled at setting strategic creative direction for written and visual communication- Works with the wider team to understand tone and the ability to coach team on how to adapt style based on the message and intended audience- Participates in Campaign Definition and drives creative and content idea generation to support all communications produced by HBK Marketing- Responsible for continuous learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current- Supports team to ensure copy, graphics, and video meets client and campaign needs before final publication- Ensures creative hub produces high quality work, on time, with exceptional attention to detail- Working with Marketing Business Partners, Customer Experience team, Brand & Comms, Demand Generation and the wider Marketing Operations team to proactively lift our use of our assets to improved levels.- Build strong relationships with regional Sales as well as other cross function departments like Product Management, Customer Care, and Finance aligning demand generation strategies in development of sales support collateral and tools which maximise our conversion opportunities Expectations for all employees- Always adhere to company policies and procedures- Comply with any reasonable requests within level of capability, including any training that the company may request you to attend or perform- Proactively support a safety-first culture. Constantly striving to improve the health, safety and environment of your work area and colleagues with issues escalated immediately- Strive to achieve the philosophy of “Right First Time” for each decision and process you’re engaged in with issues escalated immediately- Ensure a lean approach to all business processes, with the ethos of making tomorrow better than today at the heart of everything we do- Demonstrate the company values, Be True, Aim High, and Own It and foster development of the One HBK company culture, encouraging values-based behaviours and promoting best practices Professional Qualifications / Experience- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role with a strong track-record of Marketing is preferred- Previous experience of working with technical B2B company or a production, manufacturing or technical environment would be helpful Key Competencies- Advanced user of the Bynder and Adobe Creative Suite, and working knowledge of our CMS and PCM systems- Ability to think of the customer first, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it- A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly- Ability to work within monthly, weekly and daily deadlines- Exceptional organ
