**Real Estate Consultant / Advisor (Residential) - Sintra**

**Do you have what it takes?**

Experience in Real Estate Sales advantageous, but not essential.

**Mandatory requirements - **You will need to:

- (1) be local / already living in the Sintra / Lisbon area of Portugal,
- (2) have your own vehicle/car & a valid drivers license,
- (3) own a Laptop,
- (4) be able to legally work in Portugal.

**The following knowledge and/or willingness to learn are required**:

- Proactively searching for real estate listings, opportunities and clients
- Professionally conducting property valuations
- Negotiate with both buyers and property seekers (local and international)
- Arranging property viewings
- Continuous service support and after sales care
- Supporting marketing campaigns to attract properties and clients
- Actively searching for new business opportunities
- Diligent record keeping and document handling
- Attention to detail
- CRM Systems and daily input

**Salary**: Up to 75,000.00€ per year
