**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively catalyse opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and growth between ecosystem entities and Critical Ventures investments.
- Facilitate strategic connections, partnerships, and co-investments, enabling synergistic relationships
- Inspire and lead ecosystem-wide initiatives and collaborative projects to foster innovation and accelerate market success
- Champion communications and initiatives that underscore the ecosystem's unique role in enabling Critical Ventures' strategy and investment success
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and advance ecosystem interactions, ensuring dynamic alignment and optimal resource utilisation
- Track and report on catalytic initiatives, assessing their impact on innovation, risk mitigation, and overall strategic alignment
- Revamp the company website to align with the latest communication and growth strategy, ensuring messaging and branding reflect the evolving ecosystem vision
- Manage and orchestrate the global ecosystem marketing strategy, integrating both online and offline channels to maximise reach and engagement
- Lead and coordinate social media activity to promote ecosystem initiatives, portfolio successes, and strategic partnerships
- Plan, organise, and execute a series of ecosystem events internationally, driving community engagement and brand visibility
