- This is an opportunity for you to become one of our early collaborators, and work with our superstar team.**Responsibilities**

Lead the Business Development efforts of our solution globally;
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in different market segments;
- Manage, organize and expand a team of BDs and SDRs;
- Report and work directly with the C-level management;

**Qualifications**
Experience and a very solid understanding of technology B2B sales
- Experience in managing and growing BD and Sales teams;
- **Experience in high-ticket B2B technology sales;**
Sound experience in using organizational tools, KPI setting and reporting;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good soft skills and motivated to continuously improve them;
- Interest in entrepreneurship & previous work experience with startups is a plus;
