Rental Sales Agent

Estamos à procura de um(a) Rental Sales Agent motivado(a) e com espírito comercial para se juntar à nossa equipa dinâmica Se gosta de trabalhar com o público, é orientado(a) para resultados e procura uma oportunidade para crescer no setor da mobilidade, esta vaga é para si

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Atendimento ao cliente presencial e telefónico (acolhimento, reservas, esclarecimento de dúvidas);
- Gestão de contratos de aluguer (check-in/check-out de viaturas);
- Venda de serviços adicionais (seguros, upgrades, entre outros);
- Inspeção de viaturas e relatório de danos;
- Apoio na organização e logística da estação.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente ou vendas (preferencial);
- Boas competências de comunicação e orientação para o cliente;
- Fluência em português e inglês (outras línguas são valorizadas);
- Carta de condução categoria B (obrigatório);
- Disponibilidade para horários rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
