**About us**:
Aestech's own development - package technology using remote frames of increased rigidity with high adhesion properties to glass. Aestech owns five patents, which are based on the technology of manufacturing glass units of increased strength.

**About the role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant CEO to join our team. Your main duties will be to collaborate with CEO and potential customers. We expect from you to have good communication and interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Acting as a trusted focal point between the CEO and external clients/ partners;
- Supporting the CEO in communication/ interaction with partners: writing letters, organization of meetings, participation in meetings, assistance with translation (from English to Ukrainian or russian or/ and translating Portuguese);
- Ability to provide necessary information to customers regarding products and services;
- Participation in solving organizational issues related to the functioning of the office (communication with representatives of financial, tax, and communal services);
- Formation of reporting as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Assistant, Business Partner or Administrative related role;
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently;
- Excellent command of spoken and written **English and Portuguese (C1-C2). Ukrainian or Russia as a native/ at fluent level**;
- Experience working as an Interpreter or Translator will be a plus;
- Be initiative, attentive, organized and flexible since the job might require ad-hoc requests;
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Technical background in the field of construction will be a plus, but isn't necessary.
