Compliance Manager (Lisbon)
Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company in Lisbon looking for an experienced Compliance
Manager for an interim project.
**Main Responsabilities**:
1. COMPLIANCE STRATEGY
- Contribute to the identification, creation, and continuous improvement of a global/regional
compliance strategy.
- Implement global/regional compliance strategy at the local level.
2. COMPLIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE
- Implement an effective local compliance infrastructure.
- Actively participate in Compliance Manager Meetings.
- Ensure local efficiencies in achieving compliance by maintaining access to up-‐to-‐date compliance
methods and tools.
3. COMPLIANCE PROCESSES
- Share best practices with fellow compliance managers and customers.
- Contribute to, and implement global/regional compliance processes locally.
- Support compliance with and harmonization of these processes at the local level.
- Contribute to global/regional compliance initiatives
4. COMPLIANCE EXPERT FOR MED/QRPE
- Consult/provide guidance/coach/mentor on best practices regarding compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Higher Education in the area of Health Sciences, preferably Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality management
- High level of English, both written and oral
- Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally)
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
