Assist customers in Vodafone stores by attending to their requests in an efficient and compassionate manner and ensuring that all quality standards are met and aligned with Vodafone's core values.
**What you’ll do**:
- Customer Advisor:
- Throughout the whole business process, ascertain the demands of the customer and allay any questions they may have;
- Determine the best course of action to address the customer's needs and report issues when a prompt resolution is not possible.
- Explore the range of products and services offered by Vodafone:
- Be familiar with the Vodafone products and services range and keep abreast of any technology advancements that coincide with the company's releases;
- Throughout the function, demonstrate your faith in these services by using them yourself, acting as an ambassador, and promoting them to the customer;
- Be familiar with the technical support and after-sale policies in place at the store.
- Store and System:
- Document all actions performed within the system to facilitate task tracing;
- Close the cash that was given to you, sign in, describe the values, and deposit the cash and store values.
- Brand Representative:
- Adhere to the values and ethos of the Vodafone brand, preserving service excellence and high net present value (NPS) by using the retail-selling model;
- Cooperate to accomplish the shared goals of Vodafone and the store by sharing knowledge with colleagues.
**Who you are**:
- Core competencies, and experience and qualifications
- 12th grade or higher education (preferred);
- 1-3 years’ experience in similar role;
- Experience in customer service;
- Focus on results, achieving business activity, and satisfying customers;
- Empathy, autonomy, and responsibility;
- Passion for technology and a willingness to stay updated with emerging industry trends;
- Good communication skills and ease of communication;
- Availability, dedication, initiative, and a preference for working in a team;
- Computer literacy from a user perspective;
- Portuguese/English fluency (preferred).
