As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will guarantee that Purchase Requests and Orders of different Infineon entities are completed with accurate and valid information, thus playing a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the processes:
In this new role, you will be responsible for:

- **Purchase Order Handling: Verify and validate all Purchase Order Requests according to the defined quality checking **through the ARIBA MyBuy Portal and **monitor delivery of missing information **to complete the ordering process;
- **Purchase Order submission **, change, and closing;
- Yearly **renewal of procurement contracts and quality **checks during contract creation **;**:

- **Handling of Order Confirmation **submitted by our suppliers;

**Your profile**

You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation and the ability to work independently and structure your work. Furthermore, you are eager to learn new skills and help the team produce quality with a focus on completion.

You are best equipped for this role if you:

- **Completed your Secondary Education **(12º year) or any equivalent level;
- Have an **interest in the Finance field **;
- Have good knowledge of **MS Office Tools **;
- Have a **good **command of **English **and **basic German level **(mandatory).
