Debt Transaction Manager

**About the job**
- The Debt Transaction Manager is responsible for developing Debt Solutions, assuring the monitorization and control of operational risk, while focusing on clients' needs

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Launch and implement operations of Conventional and Structured debt
- Monitor Conventional and Structured debt operations
- Develop and manage specific projects - carry out complex securitisations projects, analyse and communicate the impact of any new situations on a transaction
- Coordinate and revision of the legal documentation of the transactions
- Manage Billing and Revenue
- Give operational support by ensuring the daily production inherent in the functions of Cash Manager, CDO Administrator, Custodian, Account bank, Paying Agent and respond to internal requests
- Control and assess operational risks associated with structured transactions (based on documentation)
- Understand the clients' needs and assist them on a daily basis**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Consulting or Financial Analysis and Advisory
- Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
- Ability to deliver / results driven
- Client focused
- Communication skills (both oral & written)
- Analytical ability, namely in Excel
