You will add value and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the General Ledger and financial statements. This includes performing month-end activities, calculating and posting journals (including accruals), GL account reconciliations, reviewing and analysing the General Ledger. **What you'll do?** - Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices - Prepare monthly financial statements - Bank Reconciliation, FA Reconciliation ( ) - Generate and review monthly reports - Assist with preparation for annual auditsEnsure compliance with internal accounting procedures **What are we looking for?** - Proven experience as an accountant - Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices - Strong financial, analytical and communication skills - Self-organisation and time management - Knowledge of ERP systems, processes and workflow technology - A continuous improvement mindset to propose changes to process **Language Skills**:English **GKN Automotive is the global leader in drive systems**.
