**Mission**:
The head of Data Analytics & AI Solution Selling & Enablement will play a pivot role in driving and managing advanced analytics business and engagements with our clients.

We are looking for an Sr. Manager with people manager with technology leadership skills who is responsible for our data, analytics & AI Solution & Services Development with a proven track record in selling high value technical analytics solutions.

You are a trusted advisor to the customer - both internally and externally. You are expected to ensure the enablement of the team, development of strategies, and repeatable frameworks to create compelling value propositions. As a key part of the leadership team you will also be responsible for the direction of your team’s effort toward the most profitable and strategic sales opportunities - and as a result, achievement of revenue targets.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's or MsC Degree in Computer Science or a STEM major ;
- At least 5 years’s experience leading highly skilled pre-sales team withing the analytics engineering domain;
- Experience in Advanced Analytics Domains such as Business Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning;
- Ability to lead in a constantly evolving environment, manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Understand industry trends, listen to Customers, understand key drivers and desired outcomes;
- Leads, manages, and motivates and develop team of solution architects (pre-sales specialists);
- Develop strategies to drive advanced analytics solutions to meet current and future business needs;
- Work closely with sales to create an account plan and support customer meetings (prospecting a lead, qualifying an opportunity, etc.).
