**German Technical Support Expert for Online Marketing Platform**:

**Your Profile**
- **German is your first language**, and you are fluent in English B2
- You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree
- You have an interest in online marketing products
- You are a strategic thinker
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, is a plus but not mandatory

**✨ Your Responsibilities**
- Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
- **Provide high-quality customer service**:

- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
- Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
