Good news 1WorldSync is looking for a **Data Quality Specialist - Proofreader **to join our team to work remotely or at one of our **Portugal** office locations in Lisbon or Porto.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a **Data Quality Specialist -** **Proofreader** to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to the **Proofreader & Marketing Text Team Leade**r, the **Data Quality Specialist - Proofreader **will be part of a team of other **Data Quality Specialist - Proofreaders **to help thousands of resellers and retailers convert shoppers into buyers every day. From standardized content delivery to hosted services and custom solutions, we empower businesses of all sizes to maximize the value of product information to improve their customer experience and bottom line.

As a **Data Quality Specialist -** **Proofreader** at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Compose and review documents as technical product sheets from different clients- Review, write, gather, organize, and edit information- Compose and review documents for grammar, spelling, and style- Fact-check statements for accuracy- Ensure text meets tone and character count outlined by company policies- Make corrections and suggest edits to the document- Support in documenting and presenting outcomes- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Knowledge and interest in consumer electronics (preferable)- English fluent - Level C2 written and spoken (mandatory)- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills- Ability to seek and analyze a large amount of information- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
